Problem with an Order?

If something is wrong with an order that has been fulfilled by LAPSF.com, we want to help you. Please read the situations listed below for information on how to proceed.

Are you missing an item? Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. If the item is backordered see below. If the item was not included, please email us the information (order number, item number, item description, customer name, customer address) for resolution.

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? If the item has a damaged or defective part, please email us and indicate the damaged or defective item, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you. Please include the order number, item number, item description, customer name, and customer address.

Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order? Please email us and indicate the incorrect item(s). We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. We will also ask you whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you.

What if an item is on backorder? All in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and you will be notified. You may elect to cancel that item prior to shipping. All backorder items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available. If backorder period exceeds 30 days, LAPSF.com will notify you prior to shipment release. In the event of partial shipment, each shipment will be billed separately. Backorders are shipped at prices in effect when the item was originally ordered.

Refund Policy

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from LAPSF.com. Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund of the original purchase amount. If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

To return an item, you must first email us and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.

Return guidelines

All returned items must be in its original condition, undamaged, and no missing parts. In order to return any item, a Returned Authorization Number is required. Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at LAPSF.com expense. If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the item you returned.

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:

  • If the item was defective upon receipt, the buyer will be issued credit for the cost of the item or a replacement item will be sent.
  • If the initial delivery was refused, the buyer will be issued a credit for the cost of the item minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • If the item is returned damaged, the item will be marked non-returnable and no credit or replacements will be issued.

Returning Items Purchased from LAPSF.com

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

  • 1.Email us and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • 2.Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. All returned items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • 3.Packages must have Return Authorization number written visibly on the shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside.
  • 4.Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and send it.

Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
